Michail is injured... I don't know the detail but he's nursing it since, at least, Indian Wells. I saw him losing his quali match to Black and after that match Michail's brother asked him how he was feeling/how his body was holding on . At first, I thought, Michail just was not feeling well. But after his withdrawal from Nasdaq, I now think that he was/is injured...:o
