You certainly could....if you have great seats you really coud make alot of money! I mean round 3, last 16 and quaters go for the most amout of money as ticket holders seat alot of tennis in one day! But semis you only get to see 2 games:( so it all depends on tht type of person who's bidding!

HOWEVER....you could tout them outside wimby...ant probably make more!

Im surprized you dont want to use them though.....wimby is a great day out!

If i werent in thiland for 3 months id take them off ur hands...but would pay no more than 400 for the pair.......im a tight northerner!!!!! ;)

well im more of an atp fan! i mean if it was the mens semis i dont think i would even question selling them! BUT i am going to eastbourne for the whole week and 5 days at queens atp (so i thought if i can make 300+ i could go without seeing the match :D). I never thought of the seeing more tennis lol, i presumed semis would make the most after finals :D hmmm i wonder when i find out what tickets i have got though

Yeah wimbledon really is pricey because demand for tickets exceeds supply of them about 10 times over!

On ebay during wibledon tickets can go for anything up to and above 1000!

I dont suppose you know when the best time is for selling them on ebay for example? or when they send out the tickets (so i know what seats they are?)

thanks for your help btw!

You should hear from wibledon in May as to what seats you have and what court you have...i mean with semis tickets....its definately gonna be Centre court but where abouts is another matter! Hopefully you'll be one of the lucky ones who gets pretty much courtside and that would be amazing!

But to be fair if you get womans semis tickets, that will be the thursday of 2nd week....so you may get some left over mens quaters...and your bound to get some doubles....which is always funny!

To be honest........if you want to make money with these tickets...i cant see you going wrong! :D

Queens is amazing.....however im a WTA dever....althogh i did go to Monte Carlo a week and a half ago....and see teh awesome Nadal.....hes just superb! Weather was rubbish though:(

I love claycourt tennis, and im not really a fan of grass court tennis at all (but its the only surface that has tournaments here in the uk!). hmmm i really hope i get good seats, although i hope its not too late when i get the tickets to put them on ebay :D
I wonder whether i would get more stating they were crap seats, or denying i knew what they were.

well as it happens i do (Tim Phillips is my uncle!!!!!)....you'll get your tickets probably mid to end of May if all goes well....ie postal etc! so you should know within the next 3 or 4 weeks! :D

with regards to selling them on ebay......id say end of june....couple of weeks before your match day.....but theyre are dam popular these tickets and i have no doubt inmy mind you'll get an awesome price for them...put it this way.....it will cover eastbourne and queens costs....with a few cheeky beers/pimms along the way!

Touting make may make more money but much riskier and more effort!

You dont have to put on the tickets "rubbish seats" ...just put the Row and seat.....even if they arent that great...they will still sell....GUARENTEED! Because centre court is so "cozy" all the seats are ok...itss not like US Open or anything...now you CAN get rubbish seats there! But because it only holds 14,500 seats....the view should be ok!

Putting them on ebay at end of may i rekon is your best bet....thats not too late at all...as RG will be comming to an end....and peole will be loving the grand slams and wanting more!

I got tickets for RG last week.......awesome..as I love clay too! :bounce:

I can't wait to own a massive multinational company and be the a sponsor like Rolex for the club so I get unlimited Royal Box tickets for the fortnight.

Until then, it's camping and praying

My only concern is with ebays silly prices for listing and commission, id have to check that! although i think it may only be 3% for a item that makes hundreds

yeah i dont know the ins and outs of ebays contract but cant think that commision would be too great as no one would sell on it!

I think to be perfectly honest your on to a very profiable winner!

they'll be alot of jelous people wanting your tickets.....theyre like gold!

Just checked :D
30.00 - 599.99 5.25% of the initial 29.99 (1.57), plus 3.25% of the remaining closing value balance
Over 600.00 5.25% of the initial 29.99 (1.57), plus 3.25% of the initial 30.00 - 599.99 (18.53), plus 1.75% of the remaining closing value balance

and for a reserve price its 2% of the reserve.

In previous years, Wimbledon has sometimes shut down the ebay auctions for non-debenture tickets. That's why you don't see too many auctions for Wimbledon tickets. Good luck!

hmmm really? i thought wimbledon might try that! although i wasnt sure they had the power. I suppose they would stop you from entering the ballot in future years.
