Kim fans I wouldn't feel too worried, cos it was 10am New Years Day, and also her first match since the Fed Cup I think? She'll be fine by Melbourne. That last game was one of the best games of tennis Ive seen! Francesca didnt lose those match points, Kim won them! But Francesca kept fighting and fighting and showed great determination to win! She played great and it is because of this true 'never say die' attitude that I've added her to my list of faves! I love players like that! She is very entertaining to watch <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

I wasn't surprised by the result. Francesca is a gritty player, good to watch even though I can't stand her grunts and spitting.

Francesca is in good form, and she had a big advantage already playing a match. Kim had struggled last time the player losing a set and Francesca isn't a player that your gonna beat easily as she runs everything down and you do need to play with consistent aggression to beat her. Exactly like you do against Arantxa!
