I just saw A Bout de Souffle(breathless) and fell in love with it. I don't know what it is about it maybe that it is an actually believeable story with amazing writing that captivated me but I loved it. Who wouldn't want to know Lazlo Kovacs or Michel Poiccard. I just love this film:hearts:

I also love "Les parapluies de Cherbourg"(The Umbrellas of Cherbourg) and love this one to an obsession. These movies don't have happy endings but aren't necesarily sad. Does anyone else "dig" the new wave or French Cinema in Gereal?

I prefer French thrillers like 'le Pacte des Loups' which is one of my favourite movies. But French comedies with De Funes, Pierre Ruchard & present comedians like Debouze etc.. are fun to watch.

You should watch "Alphaville" sometime. That is one twisted movie....

Watch some more films and you'll find there's plenty not to like.
