OK, I heard some of her earlier stuff during an interview for her new CD "Before the Poison"and it sounded interesting kind of likable but some of her new stuff sounds terrible her voice is gone and it's not like she really ever had a spectacular voice. I do however love her attidue and the way she speaks she sounds like a diva. I like reading her interviews and I hear she is decent on stage like in plays and etc. Anyone have more info about her or is anyone a fan of hers?

Not a fan, but I read her Autobiography, a few years ago, and thought it was pretty good stuff. :)

The Ballad of Lucy Jordan is one of the most beautiful and touching songs ever written.

before the poisen is AMAZING.
but her whole career has intresting era's in it.
check her out in allmusic.com

definatly one of the best female singers around.
i can't see how you think she doesn't have an intresting voice. she sings way better than most singers - i suppose it takes time to get used to.

I really like Before the Poison too. I like her voice, it's always been distinctive.

She's had a really patchy career, and has made some odd decisions, hence the variable quality of her music.
