Lindsay was most likely to win it even when Venus, Myskina, Molik, etc were in the draw anyways, so nothing has changed.:p

Henin-Hardenne. She has the game to beat Davenport, and if she does, she has a good shot. Of course Davenport's been on such a good form and Justine hasn't even won her match against Benesova's yet, but I'm hoping this all will happen to burst up her confidence.

Allez, QJ!

Patty :). The draws wide open for her if she can play her best. Lets go patty :)

Dementieva, nobody expects her to win ;-)
that makes her more dangerous, it's clay, it's slower, and she's enjoying it right now :-)

sorry you're the weakest link, lindsay won't get past Justine, and even if she does, she won't ever win a Tier I clay court tournament, not ever!
and if she does, then all her opponents are injured or sick.

Seeing that there's infinitely more potential for questioning some of Justine's bigger wins than there is for Lindsay I'd suggest you think twice before you embark on this WEAK line of argument.

I hope Dementieva wins it.

Davenport is the best player left, but, mathematically speaking, if Dementieva wins her today's match , she must be considered a player with a highest probability to win the whole thing.

depending upon who is the best at that day....Henin-Hardenne v. Vaidisova....I pick Vaidisova

I'm still saying Lindsay takes this title over Elena D.

Lindsay...a sure thing? I can't say but a much more secure choice than all of the other remaing players. Davenport is full of confidence....
Golovin? no
Vaidisova? no
Schnyder? possibly
Dementieva? she could (has the determination) but she can be so easily exploited with that serve.
Henin? very possible....if she beats Davenport she can take the title.
Petrova? She'll crack under pressure somehow.....NO

It has to be Lindsay!

my top two picks for the final: Venus & Mary are both out  so I think it's Lindsay's to win!

I think Elena has a pretty good chance of winning! and that's not being biased at all :p
