I like "And Then There Were None" too. And of course "Murder of Roger Ackroyd".

Can't pick between the two.

I havent read "Cards on the table" but I suspect I would like it very much. Must get hold of it soon.

Make that three.

There is only one Miss Marple, that's Margaret Rutherford. :) But I don't think you (Agatha Christie;) ) wrote those stories.:)

Murder most foul
Murder ahoy
Murder at the gallop
Murder most horrid

how about this problem:
i usually can't guess who the murderer is until i read the last pages! :)
that's a bit frustating, isn't it? ;) :)

That's right. After having that feeling after reading few books, I started to guess that the murderer is someone, who is the least suspected.

But it didn't help with "Hercules Poirot's Christmas" - it looks that one always can be less suspected than the least suspected ;)

"And Then There Were None" and "Murder of Roger Ackroyd" are the best the IMO. But they are all good. I've NEVER read a Christie novel that I didn't like. "Crooked House" was good because it dealt with the notion of "pure evil".

Definitely "And then there were none", though I'm not original ;) I read it as "Ten little ******s", but I heard that now in polish version there are not ******s, but little soldiers....... Is that the same in your versions?

then : "They came to Baghdad"
"Why didn't they ask Evans?"
"Murder is easy" - it wasn't that great but the first one I predicted perfectly, so also in my favorites ;)
"Ordeal by Innocence"

Ah I love Agatha Christie all her novels are fantastic but I have always been a fan of Black Coffee, Death on the Nile, The ABC murders and Then There Were None which seems to be popular here!

Anyway I'm looking forward to going to Devon in the Summer, as there is usually a play on around Torquay! Yay! Funnily enough last year it was And then there were none, which was a treat!!
