:wavey:

I have mine on weds, and have this CD ROM thing, and it only has 8 clips on it :(

Anyway, the first two times I passed, easily, and I keep taking it now and fail it  I'm just clicking in the wrong places and times.

Does anyone have some tips on how you passed it? thanks.

:wavey: i sat the advanced theory test 2 years ago and had to do the hazard perception test. the best tip i can give is when you see a hazard and click for it, click again just in case you seen it before the clip actually starts recording your reactions. be careful though, if you click too many times it'll fail you! oh and don't worry if you think you've clicked for too many hazards on one clip, there can be more than one, but it won't fail you for spotting other hazards.

good luck! :)

OK, I just did it then by clicking 3/4 times on each one, and i got 70%. How stupid

I don't wana ask my instructor, coz the last time I asked him about theory he wasted 30 minutes of my lesson talking about how flawed it is :tape:

yeah it is a totally flawed test because once you get the jist of what it's after, it's a piece of piss

Did you practice beforehand? I think I'm thinking to much about it :tape:

But I know people who've failed it, and dont wana spend another £20 taking it :scared:

yeah i had one of those cd-rom thingys, but it wasn't the same as the one used for the test

don't stress about it, i'm sure you'll be fine :) now how's your highway code knowledge? stopping distances anyone?

I'm doing this test right now, i think if i do it enough times I can get all the questions without having to look through the highway code. That thing is scary and boring.

I love the safety questions the best "what should you do when leaving your car"

a) Leave all doors open
b) Leave all windows open
c) Lock it and cover anything valueble
d) Tie your cat to the site on a lead to scare off thiefs.
