... from midnight to 8.00am?

I'd be looking at sleeping from around 3pm to 11pm and then going to work.

Is it bad for your health? Has anyone done it before?

I think your body clock would adjust and get used to it....

Yeah, we do 12 hours shifts. But I'm 6a-6p now (for the most), and it's much better. I hated working nights. I was very bitchy without proper sleep. But I adapted.

So you're boring 9-5 eh? I've actually never had bankers hours. I'd like to try soon - maybe with my next jobbie job.

i work night shifts often, i have to being a nurse as its a requirement by the National Health service in hospitals

its not bad for your health, but u need plenty of sleep to catch up on during the day and it can take some people a long time to adjust.....but the more nights you do, the more you get used to it :)

Cool. I gotta go now, but expect a PM from me tomorrow. ;) It's only 7pm but I'm feeling so sleepy all ready! I only got like 4 hours sleep last night. :(

It's 4am here and I'm still awake. Damned insomnia.
I'll be awaiting your PM.

Sleep well! :smooch:
