Hi, can anyone help me out there? I wish to know what her rank can be? Can she make it to #4 or #3? If she won Syndey and OZ? I know it will depend on who she beats but still I would like to see some kind of ranking results? Thank You

thats not entirely true..
If she wins she can get to #4 depends on how a certain Ms Hingis fares.
currently Serena is 940 pts behind.
Martina Hingis .... 3944 -391 .& 614 PTS 2939
Kim Clijsters ..... 3265 -34 ... &88 PTS 3143
Serena Williams ... 3004 -68 .. & 200 PTS 2736
After points from Sydney/AUS are taken off Serena is only 203 pts behind Martina.

effectively a win will take her to #4 with over 4000 pts

Sorry Dawn, didn't read your question properly. TBE is right, if she does win both, she could be number 4. It is almost assured

Even if she doesn't get yup there after Oz, Martina's results through february were excellent and so she'll be doing a lot of defending, which could let serena in.
but then a few weeks after that, serena has the Indian Wells title to defend.
All gonna be v interesting, I hope there are loadsa jumps all over the place!
