I loved it. Venus is really a private person. You can just tell that she is not comfortable with strange men and women running up to her for hugs but she totally embraced the little kids.

I guess Serena really is a designer. I would never wear one of her creations but I applaud her in getting her first show off the groound and her collection out there.

I am so sad. I don't think any ESPN special will console me. Except a hug from Venus.

Any chance TSN will show this?

I liked it too. I didn't know what to expect but I was pleased. It showed a very fun side of V&S. Even in the off-season their schedule is total chaos!:) I wish there were more specials that showed just how much many of the tennis players give back to the community. The WS Tour was a great idea. It would be cool if they could get like 2 more recognizable pros...like Anna K., Chanda, Monica, etc. to team up with and really make it a great event.

Really entertaining!! Serena had me cracking up. She is so funny!! Great to see what goes on when they do charitable events and tours....they are so fun loving, close, dedicated to the children, and hilarious. Enjoyed ever minute of it. It was a side of their life we seldom get to see.

OMG! Knizzle has been telling me about this for so long , but I never paid him any mind  He even uploaded it to WOV. Anyway, it was great to see the sisters in a new light. Serena is nutz (did ya'll see her trying to dance?) -- kudos to her for pulling off the fashion show-- I didn't think she was this talented. Venus is definitely private, but she seems really happy when she's with her sisters ...

I only caught the last ten minutes. (just got back from the Chamber of Commerce.) It looked great. I really hope they repeat it. Imagine, ESPN gave up an hour for a special on a couple of tennis players!

I loved it, i'm so glad that I was able to tape it......
I can't wait for their reality show to air. ESPN always does a great job with their "The Life" show...

Serena trying to dance is something I'll laugh over for some time. They are too cute, their reality tv show will be a hit.

I thought it was pretty neat that Serena admitted she wasn't at her best in Chicago. She's human. I'm sure she and Venus (and all athletes and celebrities) get overwhelmed at some point. I will try to remember that next time a tennis player blows by me after losing a tight match and I'm screaming at her to sign my hat... :tape:

I got a totally different impression of Venus. She seemed amazingly bubbly and outgoing. I have a greater respect for her after watching the special.

I caught the show last night, and it certainly didn’t disappoint.

Serena is my favorite but: I “heart” Venus.

See seems like such a sweet person and an amazing big sis.

People misunderstand her for all the wrong reasons—I like how she expressed herself about hating “to be judged”—seemed like something cathartic for her. I just can’t wait to see her back at the top of her game and on top of the tennis world once again.

What they’ve been asserting for years, that tennis is important but family is the foundation, is undeniable.

Serena looked like a robot gone haywire trying to learn the new steps for her “up in da club” appointments.

Her dance school days routine was much better…and she didn’t seem to miss a step either.

Venus was so funny, pointing out that Isha was screwing up Lyndrea’s song, then remarking on the nasty/mean looks Lyn was throwing Ishas’ way.

I think their tour truly underscored for them just how much people out here admire their achievements. Both seemed humbled by this fact.

Nicely done.

Go V&S.

I hope she doesn't because she's wasting her time. He came off as totally gay. :p But I sure have a crush on him. He was kindah cute and he's a neat-freak!

Well she better get over it quickly, because those reality cameras really get at ya.

Yes the show was very funny. Serena totally has the lil sis syndrome and they seem so close. The crowds were going mad for them. I loved when Serena said she was humbled by the kids seeing her as an icon but even more so when there parents agreed.

BTW...Carlos is not gay ;)
