His behavior is despicable. I think he is a little scared.

Well, they played a game. It became 3 all...

Then the camera went to Yuri and they showed him like making this obsessed face, screaming things, pointing fingers and stuff... he even like, got up from his seat a couple of inches... :bolt:

This guy is Crazy and I just love the double standard. Yuri seems to have this crazy intensity whenever Maria plays a Williams. Its very strange because I can't remember V&S ever saying anything bad about Maria. He was the same way when Serena played Maria is LA and Australia. I mean Serena could not have been nicer when she lost in the Wimby final, its not like she was bitter. I think something went down that we don't know about

Maria's dad can't control his behavior.
If you read what Anatasia said after her YEC semi, you wouldn't post that nonsense.

:haha: yea i think we've all seen crazier dads in high school tennis or on the junior circuits. it's just a natural progression to be able to tone it down on the sidelines once your kid is really good.. some dads can't.

:topic: a lil''

Really, you don't want to know!

My dad did all sorts of crazy things. I remember him sitting on the side watching the first ever non-junior tournament I played. I made the final... and when it was 1-1 in sets, my dad got into this HUGE fight with the family of the guy I was playing. It ended in both my dad, and the guy's sister being removed from the courts! It was a little :cuckoo:

But he was always watching the lines of my opponent! And he would be like screaming that a ball was out and stuff... I always was so ashamed. He took it to another level. This one time, he just picked up his CELLPHONE during one of my doubles finals. And he was standing there calling, cause doubles wasn't important enough! :(

I can go on forever and ever. But then I started taking my mother to matches. She was cool during the matches. But she got a little snobby and bitchy... For instance, tellings an opponent that had just beat me: "Good match, but my son would've beaten you easily if he didn't happen to have an off day today..." :tape: And I was like, WTF, I had an off day... he just kicked my ass 1-6 2-6, how is THAT an off day!

Yeah... memories! :yeah:

POINT OF THIS POST: It's a crazy dad thing!
