View Full Version : From someone sick of all the bullshit...

Not going to labour the point, apart from saying that all too often a player's victory is met with derisory comments about other players. So, from a Jennifer fan trying to keep any peace and goodwill which may be around, because I have no interest in seeing too much hatred between the fans, and because I can recognise a great player, congrats to Serena for winning the title. She deserved it today and keeps the family tradition going in Key Biscayne. She was the best player the whole tournament and deserved her great win. Congrats!

I'll second that, well done Serena, you deserve it.

Thanks Snuffkin, that was very nice of you to say those things. Serena does deserve praise today from everywhere because it truly was a great battle out there, and she came away the victor.

Your girl Jennifer is a warrior at heart and great fighter, and so she will do well this year, no doubt about it.

Thanks again for your kind words.:wavey:

I'm almost beginning to dread the end of tournaments on this board, where many just cannot be happy for player that won and sad for the player that lost.

I'm sad Jen lost, but Serena came back from being behind in both sets and THAT shows determination.

Too good

I'm a fan of both girls, and they both played great. But Serena was dominating this tournament and she deserved to win this title!
