Venus Williams: Embarrassing moment for Vee that immediately springs to mind is from her US Open match in 2000 against Tauziat. Vee was already having a tough match and then to make matters worse, when Venus was going to sit down at the change of ends, she misses her chair and ends up sitting flat on her ass :tape:  The look on Tauziat's face said it all   I always remember that moment. It helped Venus to re-focus though, think she was asleep before she fell as she fairly breeezed through the remainder of that match.Might have not been funny for her at the time but I'm sure Venus can laugh about it now though. :)

Chanda Rubin: umm, this is more difficult. Moments I can think of though is her match against Lindsay Davenport in Eastbourne 2001 where she threw a hissy fit at the umpire, telling her to "buy a rules book"!!(out of character for Chanda to act like that usually) :tape:   Other moment was her 4th round match against Mandula in the French Open 2003, she was running to her backhand side when she fell flat on her face on the red clay( she wasn't hurt though ;) ) and her outfit, especially her top was covered in red clay

ok tell some mortifying tales from your favourite players.. :)

While the French Open immediately comes to mind, I think Lena D's little dance at the Kremlin Cup made Elaine Bettis (Seinfeld) look like Martha Graham.
