Main Difference between Democrats and Republicans: When Bush lost New Mexico by 366 votes, Republicans accepted the results without question despite some fishy numbers on heavily Democratic Indian reservations. When Kerry lost Ohio by a staggering 120,000 votes, Democrats cried fraud, demanded recounts, and concluded treachery and undeniable reversals of outcome from very innocent, innocuous data.

I don't think that's the main difference......lol. Anyways, ever heard of the Electoral college?

Oh man, I am so sick of that rubbish. They really should stop picking on Tim. That sort of thing makes you wonder why he even bothers to try and carry the hopes of a nation. 2 slam semis and a quarter final appearance at Wimbledon, do not make a loser.

His treatment by the poms after Wimbledon must be noted. They make the courts slower and blame him when he can't win. And look at all his supposed 'failings' or 'chokes' at Wimbledon.

The mentality of the brits are more or less "Oh, you can't even beat Pete Sampras, you failure. Oh you can't beat Agassi or Hewitt either? You lost to Goran in five sets? You were broken twice in the match? Why don't you serve better you loser. Now you can't even break Ancic. Stop it"

I dearly hope that not all Brits are as stupid as those who criticise Tim.

Yes, I do realise this is a women's tennis forum, but crap like this makes my blood boil.

I totally agree with you i thought it was harsh as Tim had his best season but all the brits think about is wimbledon and don't care for anything else.

Pauls Radclifee was the #1 looser according to this poll which i thought was disgusting most of the 'celebs' on the prog were saying she should have just finished cos thats what made her a looser.

Maria :)

Easily the most emotional grand slam winning moment of the year :D

Paula Radcliffe has started getting criticised a lot lately for failing to complete the Marathon at the Olympics. People are saying that if it had been for money rather than a medal she would have completed  I personally think she should get more stick for the 10,000M rather than the Marathon but

Tim Henman is a walking joke in Britain IMO now  until he wins a grand slam he will always be considered a failure in Britian by most people :tape:

If she had been British, it probably would not had made the poll at all, we prefer our losers.
