VICTORIA BECKHAM is reuniting her former SPICE GIRLS bandmates for the christening of her two sons BROOKLYN and ROMEO today.

EMMA BUNTON, GERI HALLIWELL, MELANIE BLACK and MELANIE CHISHOLM have agreed to settle their differences and attend the star-studded baptism for the sake of Victoria and soccer ace DAVID's children, at the Beckham's Hertfordshire, England mansion.

The girlband's ex-manager SIMON FULLER - who now represents Bunton and Victoria - will also attend the ceremony, even though the Spice Girls fired him at the height of their fame.

An insider says, "All of the Spice Girls have accepted their invitations and Victoria and David are looking forward to seeing them."

Chisholm's spokesperson says, "Mel is going to the christening with her partner THOMAS STARR and she is really looking forward to it."

Geri's representative adds, "Geri's looking forward to the christening and seeing the other girls. She's bought the boys very special gifts, but I can't say what."

Celebs who have confirmed include Sir Elton John - who will be godfather to Brooklyn - and his partner David Furnish. Other guests include Greg Rusedski, his wife Lucy and Beck's best pal Gary Neville with girlfriend Emma Hadfield.
Liz Hurley will also be there with her son Damian

Meanwhile we can also reveal that Posh will be wearing a stunning D&G gown created especially for her. The one-off designer creation has been specially adapted to accommodate her bump. And Becks has been given a selection of new collection D&G tuxedos to choose from.

Liz Hurley and Sir Elton John were among an impressive line-up of celebrity guests at the christening of David and Victoria Beckham's two sons.

Brooklyn, five, and two-year-old Romeo were christened in a ceremony in the grounds of the family's Hertfordshire mansion, dubbed Beckingham Palace.

Sir Elton and his partner David Furnish are thought to have become godfathers to both children. The celebrity couple arrived for the black-tie affair in a silver Rolls Royce.

The service was planned as a traditional Christian ceremony - media pundits had earlier hailed the bash as ranking alongside Christmas itself, when the Christian world celebrates the birth of Jesus.

But unlike Christian tradition, the entrance to the specially built chapel was guarded by Buddhist statues.

Shortly after Sir Elton arrived at the house, Liz Hurley was driven past security guards and through the gates of the mansion.

Among those also attending were Spice Girls Emma Bunton, Mel Chisholm and Geri Halliwell - but minus Mel Brown.

Other famous guests included tennis player Greg Rusedski and footballers Gary Neville and Wayne Rooney.

The christenings were conducted by the Rt Rev Paul Colton, the Bishop of Cork, who married the couple five years ago.

Earlier, Beckham's mother Sandra drove to the couple's home near Sawbridgeworth, closely followed by Victoria's parents, Tony and Jackie, and then her sister, Louise.
