Hey i'm a big fan of him since this Spring, and my admiration for him has grown up a lot all year long :) (Yes i only discovered him in May with "Twentysomething, shame on me)

U surely heard the "Everlasting Love" from Bridget Jones 2... but he's so much more than that. But this guy has already released two albums, and both are fantastic, moreover his shows in live are amazin (justbuy the DVD Live in the Blenheim Palace, out since November)

OMG, I love him too! Although I must admit to not having purchased his CD yet because I haven't had luck finding it around here! It is listed in People magazine as one of the best CD's of the year!

acually that' though pick one song, cause they're all great IMO, because of the mix between old standarts and new songs written by himself and his brother. On the first CD I like the "Pointless Nostalgic" as much as i appreciate "Devil may care" ; same on the Twentysomething ("These are the days" or "I'll get a kick out of you")

I guess u're talking about the new edition of Twentysomething, in which there's a version of "high & dry" live. Actually, this song is from his previous CD, "Pointless Nostalgic"

The "high and dry" in this version is not live. I guess the CD has slight differences depending on which continent one is from.

Hmmm, I really like 'The Wind Cries Mary" and "Blame It On My Mouth". It's hard to pick just one or two for sure. But those are the ones I've been really into lately.

Did you ever hear this CD? http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B00006J3WL/qid=1107175592/sr=8-2/ref=pd_bbs_2/002-8513292-6036008?v=glance&s=music&n=507846

Yes I have this CD too ;) It's his previous album, from 2001/2002. Sure not as good as TS, but a good one thoug (interesting versions of Devil May care and other classics). I love the "I want to be a popstar" song there.

On the TS's album, these last days i'm really into "These are the days" and " But for now",this last one is soooooo beautiful.

I don't have that CD, but I have heard 'Popstar'. Good tune! :yeah:
With his Cd, it's more of my mood as to what song I like. I mean there's a song for nearly everything feeling on there. Well all good feelings ;)

We need to add more pix to your thread to show some eye candy to go with the voice.

Jamie's songs are definetely very very great!

Usually I dont like blues, but his style is a mix with pop and rock that sounds soooo great.

Damn sad cuz the program which I use to download mp3's rarely find his songs, if someone could help me, saying a link where I could get some free mp3's, I'd be very very glad!

Jamie Cullum, you rock!!! :rocker: :rocker: :rocker: :rocker: :rocker:

Dates to remember : Jamie will come play some concerts in Europa this summer :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :music: (not a lot though, just a handful of European shows in July).

Then his next album will be released in September, and after some promotion (again in Europa ! !) he'll make a Tour in Europa !!! :bigcry: :yeah: :woohoo:

So there's a possibility to se him twice this summer (hypothetical) and then at the end of the year :)

The first (& only for now) date for this summer is ..... 14th of July in Madrid (La Riviera) !!! I'll maybe think about going there, except if he comes in Paris :) :D Because i won't be ale to wait until the end of the year ;)

a part that he'll play to the New Orleans festival Jazz the 29 of April & in Coachella the 30 of April.

:woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: so happy :)

He was nominated for the Best Jazz Album, but Nancy Wilson won it
