I don't see this Gloria in any rankings

She's played a couple challenger events in Canada, the first one being in 2001.

Last year she was in the qualifying for the WTA tournaments in Toronto and here in Quebec City.

This year she is 2-2, playing Canadian ITF events. Including a victory over everyone's favourite player, Anzela Zguna.

Believe me...I know who these players are....

I'm just not considering them stars....

Bassett won two titles and made it to a major semi once...i don't consider that a star.

Hy-Boulais....she made it pretty far in Wimbledon a few times right? What else did she do?

OMG. i Do want to learn french (i am) but my uni has a special exchange program with Windsor university.
I don't even know if it is possible to do an exchange program with any other uni. I know Windsor is near US border. If is it that crap i won't go.
I can actually go study in Caen or Troyes in France as my uni has agreements with them but i am too scared to go to a country when i do not yet sufficiently speak the language. Thats why Canada was prefreable.

Ya, they have a french speaking population there. Not too big though, not enough to be immersed in it. They have a few french high schools. The drive from Windsor to Quebec (province) is probably around 8-10 hours.
