That pic looks like a muffin, a scone and a doughnut to me. Spongey things, I wouldn't call them biscuits. Although jaffa cakes are quite spongey, which is why they're called cakes. Although they're biscuits. How confusing. :)

Dont ask me! Its funny because when I eat them, its like, ill eat one or two, and I just keep on grabbing for the box.

oh, you call biscuits 'scones'? okay....

i know you call biscuits 'cookies'...but it's late over there, and it's conceivable that you'd have had some 'biscuits' during dinner, and wanted a late-night snack :o

Cookies are a kind of biscuit. I think maybe you call everything we'd call biscuits 'cookies'. I wouldn't have biscuits for dinner. I'd have a couple of biscuits with a cup of tea.

oh, i messed up my wording...meant to say, "i know you call cookies 'biscuits' over there!' sorry for the confusion!

cakes are called 'english muffins,' scones are 'biscuits', and 'doughnuts' are bagels. there *is* a doughnut over here, but they're the fried dough with glaze or icing and sprinkles on top. good stuff! highly recommend cinnamon doughnuts :)

I thought it was a ring doughnut, with icing. On closer inspection, it is indeed a bagel.
