Nice to see the Kremer winner in such a good form. It sounds perhabs ironical but that is a great consolation for me to come over Kremer's defeat. After all Kremer lost against a good player and hasn't played bad at all. :p



Question: I saw that Uzbekistan has three WTA players apart from Tulyaganova (Lepchenko, Amanmuradova, Israilova) which are placed between the places 243 and 507.
Is tennis really an acknowledged sport in Uzbekistan (as in Russia) or are there other sports that are much more popular?

Football is sport "1 in Uzbekistan ahead of boxing, wrestling (greek roman), for women Tennis is #1 #2 and #3.


You can find Tennis courts, clubs and tennis centa all over Tashkent and in other cityes. The goverment promote tannis as a sport to for everyone as well as for champions.:)
