I didn't really notice until now.

I was driving to work and only hit one traffic light! WOO-HOO! I only had enough time to apply it to one pit and then I had to drive. I figured the other one would hold out. It did. Midway through the day, I was curious as to what would happen. I smell pretty good still!

It's better than completely forgetting it, getting to work and realizing "oh shit, I gotta go to walmart" and buying some. I done that once, never again

Oh my glove box is the napkin haven, I swear it's in there for the sole purpose of when BL and I used to go out, get drunk/high/etc on old country side roads and have to pee. I do not want to drip dry, no way!

But right now there's a huge Adidas bag in the car with 2 pairs jeans, 1 pair jogging pants, shorts, sleep clothes, socks, underclothes, etc. Plus like 2 pairs shoes and flip flops. :p

Well, (by they way, I think yer a hottie) I guess I forgot. I didn't want ppl to see me putting it on. I am not a sweaty person in the first place anyway, but still...I have an image to uphold! hehe

I've learned long ago to keep those things at work especially since I work 50 miles from my house and at least 15 miles from any store.

I downloaded a few of those songs...and I must agree with ya courtney...you can do much better. But it sounds exactly like what you've done before. Only this time, you sang it through a car muffler. Or maybe it's been too many cigarettes?!?!

Why kill a nice clean showered smell with an artificial deo smell?

Why kill a nice clean showered smell with an artificial deo smell?
because after a few hours your nice clean smell has been replaced by a fishy smelly sweat odour maybe?
I have a friend who always says deo isn't something to do...well, most of the times I try not to sit next to him, because after a while, it DOES get smelly....

Also, not everyone sweats as much.

I agree with Tine. I wouldn't use deodorant right after a shower.

And indeed some people hardly sweat.

Also, not everyone sweats as much.
you could do that, but then, since normally you''l be the last to smell bad odours on your own body....you''l have to prepare to either wait until someone gives you an uneasy remark, or you have to put it preventively after an arbitrary chosen amount of time, but then you can as well do it straightaway, because then you're sure you won't forget..
and, not everybody sweats as much, that's true, but in m experience, people telling me they don't usually do....

Ya know, almost the exact opposite thing happened to me yesterday. I put deodorant on both pits, but by the end of the day, it totally stopped working in one pit, while the other pit was as fresh as a daisy! I noticed while at the gym and figured if I could smell it, certainly my workout partner could. But I didn't have any deodorant with me, so in between sets I had to run back into the lockerroom and take a quick whore's bath in the sink.

Fantastic

My BO smells like beer. If you think that's BS, come take a whiff. :D

I never used to wear any deodorant. I don't really have BO - I work outdoors and I sweat a lot, so I should know by now if I did. The people around me are very quick to point out stuff like that. I only ever wear any deodorant these days if I want to keep that hint of freshness around me for my own nose. Otherwise, I'm only ever smelling everyone else's BO - and that doesn't always make me happy in the pants.

While we're on deoderent what type do you guys like :p? I use the High Endurance a.p./d and prefer solids over gels; gels run down your side leaving white streaks http://tt.tennis-warehouse.com/images/smiles/icon_eek.gif Spray on deoderent isn't appealing to me either :tape::D

Although I have quite a strange deodorant story.

My roommates are assholes and they took my deodorant and wrapped it up in paper like 5 times and hid it behind the TV. They were lucky it was just one of my regular 'drugstore' deodorant otherwise I would have been pissed. Take this, though, my roommates and I aren't friends on any level - we barely speak to one another - so I don't know why people would do this other than to piss me off. I never let on that I knew about the situation becuase I don't want to give them the satisfaction to laugh about it.

We have a sauna at home. Three, four people in a tiny room, sweating a lot, and it doesn't smell!

I can't say I notice body odours of other people on a daily basis unless we're all packed together in a small train or so. And in that case, I find all those artificial smells a lot more nauseating. It's like smokers trying to cover up their bad breath by having a mint. The combination of smoke and mint is awful! I actually prefer a smoker's breath over that.
