the Paralympics are right now in Athens
and i highly admire the performence from all this athlets
unfortunally the don´t get the attention they deserve
so i would like to know how much from the paralympics you can watch on tv

unlike the "normal Athletes", the paralympic athletes bring home lots of medals for México :yeah: , so the answer is yes: there is a fair coverage about it. Could be better though.

:woohoo: - cheer for all the athlets

btw.
German chancellor Gerhard Schröder will visit the paralympics
and i read he is the first leader of a country (beside the host country) who will visit the paralympic games

thats great

but on the other hand it is a shame that no other leader of a country have visit the paralympic games before

The Paralympics are as fun to watch as the Olympics. I love the sports they have and it's amazing to watch the different techniques in many sports. It's really interesting. These athletes are amazing athletes, very competitive and very courageous (even if most of them don't like when we pity them :p ) Actually, that's not pity, that's just total admiration. :) :worship: The Canadians did great. 3rd in the standings, that's amazing!
