We all know that Tine is the most sensible poster on the board. But she's wild at heart. Let's ask her some questions that will make her show it.

Not that many, actually. I started off as Tine because I didn't feel I had anything to hide. But back then, I tended to post a lot from work and I started worrying my prof or someone else might chance upon this site and see how many posts a certain Tine had :o
Considering I'd never used nicks before, I couldn't find one that I liked, ended up with Beggin' Beguine because I lived in an old beguinage at the time (a truly beautiful place, BTW).
Then I moved to a new city, new job, so the beguine thing no longer applied (and I wasn't that fond of the name anyway). I now live in Ghent, inhabitants of Ghent are called Gentenaars, in the Ghent dialect it's pronounced Genteneirrrr (rrrroll that Frrrench sounding aaahrrr), the closest I could get to it was Gentenair and I decided to add an -e to show I'm a woman (have however noticed that some still think I'm male). So there you go...

Whoa, so many questions, so little time.

Which person turns me on the most? I'd have to go with Colin Firth, as several people here know.
BOND: I think I've seen one Bond film or so, can't remember which one, can't compare.
S/M? No thanks! I don't care what others do in their bedroom, but not for me thanks.
name change? Next time I move, maybe.
YEs, I've been to Copenhagen, lovely city!
God? He looks like whatever you imagine him to look like, I don't believe in God, so I have no image of Her ;)
Who/created the world? Big Bang, this planet happened to have a sun at a good distance, allowing water and therefore life and ta-dam...
In 17 1/2 years I'll hopefully be a mother of a few brats, earn a bit more money than I do at present, be married to a fitly rich husband and live in an expensive spacious penthouse loft!

No no, Ghent would never work against Flanders! They might fight with Antwerp over what city gets to be capital of Flanders, but I think it's a foregone conclusion that this should be Ghent ;) Who wants Antwerp? ;)

Like most people, my fav, hands down, is Pride And Prejudice. I was introduced to JA by Emma Thompson's S&S and fell in love with JA's wit. Not long after seeing S&S, P&P was shown on TV and it's still my favourite TV series ever. I've since read the book about a dozen times too, I think.
I'm a bit worried about the upcoming P&P movie starring Keira Knightley. I guess I have a completely different image of Lizzy and Darcy in my mind, Keira doesn't fit that image. Also, I think it's too soon after the BBC version. Everyone will be making comparisons and the BBC version, because of its lenght alone, will prove to be the better one, I think. I don't see how P&P can be fit into a 2 hour movie without cutting out some of my favourite scenes.

I work as an architect/engineer. I do work in an office with other architects and engineers, am paid by the hour, but I'm officially independent since architects have to work as an independent in this country. We have no choice. The advantage is that I can have my own clients next to working on the larger projects for the office. It's an interesting job, but it's a lot of work, long hours, very few holidays :(

That's actually rather easy to answer. There are plenty of breathtakingly beautiful buildings in Brussels, it's a shame you often have to pretend the building next to it isn't there. Also, most of my favourite buildings are older buildings. I wish I could find some nice new architecture in Brussels, but so far, with one particular bad architect getting all the large projects, the newer buildings in Brussels are rather horrid.

A few of my favs: Music Instrument Museum. It's a beautiful Art Nouveau building on a beautiful spot. Then there are the Horta houses: Hotel Solvay (I was fortunate enough to visit the interior once, they don't do many guided tours in there because everything in there is still original and they want to protect that), comic book museum (I never actually bothered to visit the museum itself, was only interested in the building). I also like the Royal Gallery, the cathedral is nice but what a shame about the other buildings around it! I love most of the buildings on the Grand Place.

Tine- we've both been posting here a while but I honestly don't know who are the other tennis players that you like besides Kimmie- can you tell me who are among some of your faves- like male and female. And when did you start following tennis? Do you play? Btw, I am so happy she is back this week:)

I cheer for Justine as well, though there was a time when I thought the success had gone to her head so I cheered for her less.

Other players I like: Lindsay, Amélie, Ai, Svetlana and many more...

I started following tennis in '97, though not as closely as I do now. Back then, I had no idea we'd have two champions a short time later. I thought Justine winning the French juniors was promising so I thought she'd be another Sabine or Dominique. I remember thinking it was amazing that we had two Belgians in the quarter final of a slam (Aus Open 98, I think)
