Amanda Coetzer to play in new Memphis event.

All I know is that she is the first woman to confirm playing at this event and the Women's final will be on a saturday night and the men's draw has been reduced to make room for the women.

Amanda always used to play Oklahoma so it makes sense.

reducing mens field from 48 .... that good cos that event was always pretty weak.

I agree that it was a good idea to reduce the draw from 48, they had 16 seeds and the 16th one was always like 80th. <br />Glad to see Amanda supporting the new event though, I hope it does well so we can get back some more tournaments in the U.S.!

Will this event still be called the IGA Superthrift Classic?
