Today was published new article on Daja, I'm not the greatest in English  but I'll try to translate it....

Tennis player Daja Bedanova is again working with her father. He was her coach until 2002 when they split up but now, they are together again and Daja will try to find her form she had years ago.
"I want to play and father is again my coach", said Daja. She will also have a fitness coach, Michal Poganyi (atletic trainer who's working with Czech ex-triplejump Olympic medailist Sarka Kasparkova).
She was 16. in the world but right now, she's 387. "I didn't know what to do. I had two possibilities: to work very hard and try to comeback or to finish playing tennis and find myself a work."
Daja's in her high school again and she wants to find a flat for her and her boyfriend, tennis player Jan Hajek.
But her tennis career is in a worry because she has serious problems with her back (blocked vertebrae). "It's very painful when I try to run or even walk."
Her comeback will be painful and will depend on how much money will they be able to find on her preparation for the next year. She played her last challenger in July and father signed her off her til the end of year.
They will be working on her physical form so they decided to work with an athletic coach (Poganyi also worked with Henrietta Nagyova).
"Daja's program is regeneration and reasonable training. She will visit spa in Slovakia and Czech Republic. She will find her physical power again and new training will only help her; she'll be ok", said her new coach.

Good luck Daja! Stay strong on your way back! :bounce:

Daja needs to come back. She was playing well until her personal life started effecting her tennis. It would be a waste to have come as far as she did and then not fully realize her potential.

Daja has always been one of my favorite players to shoot.

This was taken in August of 2002 when she was ranked #17.
