I know that a few months ago there was a thread for favorite films from the 1980's, but did anyone start a thread for the 1990's? If so, I am sorry for the repeat. If not, what were your favorite films of the last decade of the 20th century?

Here is my list:

4. Silence of the Lambs
5. Forest Gump
6. Schindler's List

Am I the only person who really enjoyed the movie "Executive Decision"? I think that movie is awesome, used to always be shown on tv every once in a while but since 9/11, I guess the movie would now offend alot of people so it aint shown as much. I also really like "Speed", it is just one of those movies that you can watch over again and again, and it feels just as exhilirating every time you do watch it. Only problem I have with it though is Sandra Bullock's suspect acting abilities.....hmm seems to be a pattern developing here, looks like I have a thing for hijacked transport :o  :tape:

I agree for all of decemberlove to be added except magnolia (which was already listed ;) )
and rhapsody in august (in which the grandmother had a too high "yoda" factor, made us laugh during all the movie, so we weren't really able to watch it normally....)

eyes wide shut and dreams should actually even be put in my top 10....

Isn't that almost literally plucked off of the IMBD site? No, those are actually the videos that I still own from that era, which I refuse to sell and have not converted to DVD yet. ;) Besides, these aren't the only films made in the 1990's.
