I send a mailing regularly to zillions of people, and have installed a click-tracker, to see how many actually read it. The problem is that with the click tracker code, the link becomes about three lines long, as opposed to just the URL of http:www/my website/name of document.pdf
In Word you can amend the link and make what ever text you like appear, so that I could type (for example) 'Yum' and 'Yum' would link to www.kfc.com (http://www.kfc.com)
Outlook doesn't seem to give that option anywhere, and I've tried to do it in Word and cut/paste but it doesn't work (or it seems to, but when you receive the mail the link is dead)...can anyone help? Its driving me mad...
