I think it is key that Lindsay is the player left in the draw who is ranked #1 in the first serve % points won. If any matches come down to a tiebreak, I think you can be pretty certain that Lindsay will come through them safely. Also, it's a great reflection of how well Lindsay is serving!:bounce:

When Lindsay puts here second serve in, she isn't as sucessful at winning the point as say, Kuznetsoza or Petrova - who are the top two. Although Lindsay does win 53% of the points, this could be down to the fact that more often than not, Lindsay's first serve is landing in.

Rachel, Svetlana's stats look good too, I think it will be a very tough semi.

it's also good to see that most of her opponents didn't even get a breakpoint! :worship: her service is going so well, she's nearly unbeatable :yeah:

Some other stats: Lindsay never lost a set in USOpen 1998, Wimbledon 1999 & Australian Open 2000. In Wimbledon & US Open 00 she did drop a set to reach the final.. which she lost.. she hasn't dropped a set so far in this tourny

LOL, I never thought about the outfit! I did know about the not dropping a set stat though. I'm suprised people in the press haven't picked up on that yet....

I thought Lindsay looked awesome in her red outfit but I wished she had stayed with the blue, her luck might have stayed in and she wouldn't have injured herself in practice just before the match!! Still, what will be will be, I still love you lots Linds.
