ok, i thought this would be a good topic to see the state of wta coverage in each country. how often you recieve coverage, the quality, if its interactive?
i know there is a huge difference in the amount of coverage each country gets, an example (atp) is germany who are recieving one hour a day of the toronto masters, whilst uk viewers recieve 6 hours live and 2 hours replay. Australia are apparently recieving 12 hours a day!

In the US for the US OPen series we have been getting a lot more coverage then usual. We are getting semi's and finals live! It's been nice. Not sure on the men's side but it seems like everytime I check ESPN Andy is on!

This is how they do it. During Wimbledon, instead of getting the second set of Maria-Ai live, they show a tape of Serena's easy win. Maria was almost out of Wimbledon, and NBC shows a taped blowout.
The Tennis Channel could have shown Serena-Bovina live. Instead they show a tape of Maria winning 0&1. And show the Serena match on tape.

The decisions are made by idiots.

well the us open series is a huge improvement, or maybe im just buying into it... were all these matches on tv last year too? i don't remember matches every weekend and sometimes all the way through the week like it's been this year. im happy with my coverage, but it could be better. i dont think ive hardly ever seen a euro indoors match.
