What will the qualifying seed cutoff be at US Open?

Does Anne Keothavong have a chance of being seeded in quallies? TBE? ;)

Usually the cutoff for the whole draw is between 220-230 if there are a lot of withdrawls. I am hoping it is lower this year but unfortunately I don't think it will be low enough to get some of my faves in:(
As far as a seed cut off goes, I think Anne should have one of the lower seeds in the draw:)
