Here is the secret as per an interview with Amy in the San Diego Union Tribune this week...
How pale she is
One of the great mysteries of the women's tour is how a person who is exposed to the sun as much as Amy Frazier can maintain such an alabaster complexion.
As a means of addressing it, the Michigan veteran reached into her tennis bag and extracted a tube of Durascreen, a sun screen.
"It works," she said. "I put a lot on." The lotion is available at Longs Drug Stores, according to Amy. Costs $9.

I've heard she has a phobia of skin cancer and thats why she wears so much sunscreen.
Also the fact that she is a ginger means she is naturally pale.

i thought Monica Seles said Frazier was albino

I think you can still tan even with sunscreen! All it does is prevent your skin from burning, not tanning. I can still tan while wearing sunscreen. I think she must wear a hat out all the time but that doesnt explain why her arms are so white.

She has that kind of skin though, like mine that even if she burned....she wouldn't tan. I'll never be tan a day in my life. I burn...even with SPF 4 sunscreen and I never ever tan.

You wouldn't need to say "turn on the light baby, I want to see all of You!"
She sort of self illuminates!
