fans reactions to williams loss

both vee and ree were gracious in defeat. i always knew they were classy, and they proved it again. these girls are great role models.

and many williams fans have been very clasy too. i am a little surprised, but happy. it's good to see maturity on this board.:worship:

vee and ree: you have nothing to be ashamed of. coming back from such long injuries and tragedy in the family, you have proved more than you need to to anybody.

jennifer: congrats! you have made my week. i am so proud to be your fan.

vee and ree: there's always next time. :) you are both champions in my heart.

Yeah I thought they were gracious in defeat too. Just to be honest I'm really glad that they both got out of this tournement injury free because I truly believe the more injury free tennis they are able to play the UE's in crucial points will go down and they will start to get back in top form.

I am not as Bummed as I usually am about Venus losing.
QF's on a murky, damp, clay court, and as error filled as it was, I was prepared for the loss.

I think if it was 4 all in the 3rd or something I'd be more devisated. However, I am happy for Myskina...to finally breakthrough in a slam. And Happy for Elena....I am gunning for her to Hoist the Trophy!

it wasn't as bad as i thought it was going to be.

i was expecting "die williamses die" but got "better luck next time".

i kinda miss the trolls. I had something to laugh at.
