Sarah Hughes might not participate at Worlds, this year. I would be scared if I became the olympic champion by default and then suddenly had to fly all over the country losing training time.

Michelle Kwan will most definately defend her title in Nagano. She has something to prove. While Miss. Hughes will find herself under the intense pressure our Michelle has endured for years and years.

Good luck on her quest for a 5th World title.

Yeah, Sarah really isn't a natural on TV, at least not yet. She won that night at the Olympics and that is all that matters. :)

I made some screen captures from the Leno interview.

infiniti -----> Sarah is only 16 years old, it's her first time on TV, it's not she's an actress or anything.

Good luck to Michelle Kwan at the Worlds

A & P have retired? IS that Anissina and Peizerat?

Best of luck at the World Championships!

Note: The problem wasn't Sarah, but the idiotic lines and exchanges that they made her suffer through. :o

Well, Yagudin is a triple world champion and an Olympic champion. There is nothing left to prove for him. So I tend to believe the rumours saying he won`t go to Nagano. And that`s a pity. No rivalry is not good for Pluschenko ;(.

The official tourney`s site has the presented the entry lists, but I guess they are not yet updated. Marina and Gwendal, Elena and Anton, Jamie and David are still there while it almost 100 % sure, that none of them will compete in Nagano.

It's great to hear that Michelle will be taking part in this year's Worlds. Glad to see Maria stick around for what are her last Worlds. Bad Qualifying group for Jennifer Robinson, hope she can manage a top-3. Does anybody know if Xue Shen and Hondgo Xao will skate? If so, they have got to be the favorite, but not if they skate like they did in Salt Lake. Ina and Zimmerman should medal here. And maybe, just maybe Shae Lynn and Vic can win Worlds. Can't wait for all the action to start!

Mary Cherry: Michelle's exhibition performance at the Olympics was breath taking. It gave me chills and I even shed a tear. I'm so happy I have it on tape!
