she needs to get some rythm.

a) just to prepareyou, the anti-Justine crowd is going to say she fine, she 's just choking

b) I don't think she's sick, she just hasn't got her endurance back, and this is her first tournament in a couple months. She's going to tire early, and shes not going to be as sharp. She missed a drop shot bad she normally makes in her sleep. And she's double-faulting like she did in 2001.

Garbin is also very impressive ! She's making Justine move at all the corners of the court, and she's not scared at all out there !

LOL. i dont like Justine since she lied last year against Serena, but i dont bash her. you can see that shes not ok. she is recovering from a virus or something and has no rythm so i think those are the main resons for her lost on 1 set. but hey she still has 2 more sets

No reasonable person can say that she is choking...She is obviously not OK!!!

BTW, if she has to lose, why could'nt it be against her friend Sandrine...

At least she has double-breakpoint now...this is going to be very tough...

Justine's serve has just deserted her too many double faults and UE still she has had her opportunities but hasn't taken them to get control of the match 12 break point opportunities and has only taken 2. Also credit to Garbin she has played well.

I don't think Justine is just rusty... she looks strange today, maybe even disillusioned.

Hope she finds a way to pull this out.

I'm just curious, how is she losing those break points??

UE and smart play by Garbin.

Granted...I do believe that she is not completely "well" but credit to Garbin who is playing so well. She could be completely overwhelmed by the occassion and still give it away to JHH but she is playing hard. She's made some mistakes, BAD ones against the #1 player but she kept her self together and even improved during points....very impressive!

Justine still playing great points..her serve is just GONE

Justine did NOT play well today.
There was no firs inher eyes, no aggression. She wasn't ready to win,
but still, all to Garbin's merits :yeah:

Sandrine gave the match to Justine  based on articles I read. She didn't seem to care about winning or losing a point. Basically, Sandrine set her up for the loss today

Justine once lost to Kapros when she wasn't 100%, leading to endless ragging on her. I guess we can Expect Endless references to how she "fears" Tax Garbin now?
