from the little I heard of Ukraine, I think they may have a winner. And they're the last to perform which is an advantage.

I hate this year's Belgian entry, but there simply wasn't a better alternative. Natalia is much better, but I'd rather see Xandee get knocked down a peg or two than Natalia. The fact that foreign songfestival followers put Xandee on top, influenced the votes in the Belgian preselection.

Natalia' s song was really " wonderfull ", I love it. If Belgium had chose this song, for sure, you' ll get my points ;) !!!!!

I often really love brittish ESC song ( Except last year lol ), but this year, I hope that the United Kingdom won' t win. This is a quite good ballad, but there are a lot of ballads this year ( I love ballads ) and to my mind a love of ballads are a way better. I love FRENCH song ( I don' t say that just because I' m french ), I love CYPRUS ( A wonderwull song really ), and I really love ICELAND ( :hearts: @ that song ). I prefer Irish ballad than britt one.

In a nutshell, the brittish song is a quite good song, but one of the ballads I less like.

Best ballads this year are for me :

1- ICELAND, CYPRUS and FRANCE ( Both really differents )
4- IRELAND
5- THE UNITED KINGDOM

I think many of this year songs are too similar. I don't think there will be a clear. Unforturely hasn't got any one I think will be classic that's for sure.
I like Russia, Serbia the French is alright. The British are O.K. but is just too boring and too simliar from the rest. I think is a lot depends on the performents on that night because a lot of them are almost the same. I think it will be close.
Speaking of somgs I think we should have a gay look alike Eurovision. I saw some of the videos and some of the guys are just look 'gay' Especailly the one from Bosnia :haha: as well as the ones from Estonia and Greece and Macedonia. I bet that will be more interesting them their songs.

I haven't even heard who our entry is, don't think there's been anything in the papers but I suppose I could've missed the usual joke of a contest on TV. Mind you after last year's debaucle with 'Gemini' I doubt our country will be playing up their chances  .

I agree. I've heard very few songs, but I didn't need to hear any other songs when I realised Love Shine a Light woult win. Ukraine's got a winner! It's a perfect song for Eurovision, brought by a country that hasn't won it before (I think).

Željko Joksimovic is the singer representing Serbia & Montenegro at Eurovision 2004 and was born on 20 April 1972 in Belgrade.

He will sing “Lane Moje” (My Precious One) -- a song he wrote and arranged himself.

Music has always been part of Željko’s life. His first international success came at the age of 12, when he won the title of “First Accordion of Europe” in Paris. Today, Željko is one of few musicians who can say they can play eleven musical instruments.

His first album –- which he also wrote -- was released in 2000. It was a great success in the former Yugoslavia. Since then, Joksimovic has become one of the region’s most popular and successful singers.

His music has won a raft of awards at festivals in Serbia & Montenegro as well as winning two international awards at Belarus’ Mogovily Grand Prix and the Grand Prix at Vitebsk, Belarus. He has also won awards for the music he has written for various theatre productions.

Joksimovic is signed to BMG Poland and parent company, City Records. Both regard the 32-year-old as one of the company’s biggest hit makers.

“Lane Moje” is an original blend of pop music and traditional sounds from the region from which its author hails. Archaic, almost forgotten musical instruments are set with gentle love verses to create a strong and emotional musical experience

Good luck:):)
