...when I was a kid, I tried mixing milk and orange juice but my older brothers' friend, who went to catering college, said the white stuff floating on top (there was white stuff floating on top) would expand in my stomach and make me sick...I believed him and to this day I have been careful not to mix milk and orange juice...I am now somewhat confused...

...incidentally, I always accepted the fact that you can't get orange flavour ice cream as corroborating evidence of the folly of mixing orange with dairy products...although Chocolate Oranges are a beclouding issue... :awww:

You know I was always told not to do this cos it will curdle in your stomach and make you sick. Anyone else heard this?

Awww Willow, I read your post after I posted :P But yeah My Mum told me, and Ive never wanted to drink it cos I would be sick.

Once me and my friend Melanie when we were about 7 mixed water and flour together, and thought we'd made milk...till we tasted it.

Here at the supermarket they sell a drink and it contains milk and orange juice already mixed together, I just don´t remember the name of it. My boyfriend drinks that after breakfast and he hasn´t had any problems with his stomach yet which means it´s probably not even that bad. :o

Ewww!! I had never heard of this before... *taking notes of this thread* :)

I remember a craving I had before (I don't know if I should go into details :o ) that made me feel quite sick... Maybe I haven't been so creative since then... :)
