You will know when you're ready, there is no set time.

Well... it's been about 3 years now... and I still don't trust anyone.

It also doesn't help that I'm hideous, and nobody asks me out.

i just got out of a relation that was 1.5 years long and i have like 3 women trying to go out with , and as hot as they are i dont think i am ready. sometimes its good to wait. i dont know how long i should wait though though.

I believe you. Your post are spiteful.

I believe you can fuck as much as you want. The problem is that you will be getting others caught up in your drama. Dating can ease of the pain. Nonetheless, you are toast until you think about your ex and feel No Pain. Then and only then has your heart release them. By that time you are ready for your next love.

you wait until you feel ready again, or just leap right into it. Im a serial monogamist. My 3 serious rships have each followed on virtually straight away... I dont want to label it as a 'rship', saying Imjust having fun etc, but before you know it, a fuck-buddy thing has evolved into my next rship!!

I feel like ive constantly been in rship after rship since I started dating, but as my current BF says 'good product doesnt stay on the shelves for very long' lol

Last time my rship ended I never thought Id be ready to 'date' again, the letting go of someone hurts too much and had me wondering if it was all worth it, but in the end thats life and you move on...

There's no set time limit; just the state of mind.

you wait as long as you have to. but if he's easily forgotten well...you carry on. there's no set time. it's a personal thing.
:yeah: spot on

Well like most of you are saying, there is no time limit. You just can't hide and stop having fun. Easy to say but if you are able to do it, it works well. Anyways I don't believe in staying together with the same person for the rest of your life without having little adventures with others. :)

Before the one I am into now, well, I broke up at Monday and on Wednesday the same week I went for another date, nothing happened, coz it was a blind date, but after what was like two weeks I found someone very dear to me and we are over a month together so far, and soon if it keeps like this I will break my own record in how long I'm commited to someone :tape:
