She belongs on the All-Time list, so, sorry, but I didn't include her here. She is planning on making a comeback so......

so she should have been included and you agree ? okay then...
bc there are some others here who would already qualify for a spot in the all time greats...

Are you asking who, at their absolute best would beat all the others at THEIR absolute best? Or are you asking who's the most accomplished? Also, do you mean all-around tennis players, or 'singles specialists'?

In a nutshell, if neither of these players were inducted into the Tennis Hall of Fame, who's lack of entry would be the most appualing?

hmm tough, never thought of it that way... than again, i think they're all in already except maybe mauresmo sadly, but she has a lot of career left.

If Seles were on the poll, she would certainly get my vote. However, since her prime years were over ten years ago, I can understand if she is not being considered with this generation.

The next pick is Serena without a doubt!

YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME....NOBODY ON THAT LIST DESERVES TO BE ON ALL TIME GREATS QUITE YET  :eek:Nobody. Are you sure?

So....the fact that:

Davenport has 40 titles (as many as Austin who is in the Hall of Fame)

Serena...good God, where do I begin. Ok, her streak of 4 straight (only Navratilova and Graf did that), the fact that she has a career singles and doubles grand slam (not even Graf, who is being inducted this year, has that), let's just leave it there, I don't want to overwhelm you

Clijsters has the record for the highest paid season- over 4 million dollars

Venus...she's another one...I'll just give you one this time. She is one of a handfull of women who have won the singles and doubles titles at the same Olympic Games (only Venus and Graf have won Wimbledon, the Olympics, and the US Open in the same year)

those facts don't mean anything to you?

The truth is:
Most of these players belong in the Hall of Fame!

i think a lot of them do too, and im sticking by that. one gets in every year. 20 years from now, maybe ALL of them will be in and that's certainly possible. monica-in, serena-in, davenport-in, venus-in, jennifer-in, justine-in...

I know she's not on your list but, if I were STARTING the hall of fame, there would be a very short list of players in it.

Court, Graf, Wills Moody, Navratilova, Evert, BJK, Goolagong, Lenglen, Connolly and Seles.

Not that other players aren't worthy, but to my mind, that's the creme de la creme.
