Yes, everyone had to sign up again at the beginning of this season, but you can do it now and start from leg #3. You did sign up for the Olympics to represent Poland and you can't represent two diffferent countries, so you have two choices: you can play Fed Cup with the Polish team or you can change nationality and play both events for Canada. :)
