Spending both days at the office and the rest working at home. Nothing unusual actually. Why?

Get well soon though, Steven! http://perso.club-internet.fr/ttle/tennis/mkwink.gif

I think I win on bad weekend stakes...

I'm supposed to be in the biggest concert of my life at the Birmingham Symphony Hall - but I'm ill - pffff... i can't breathe and so can't play. So I have to go watch my friends doing what I want to do.

Poor VBN!!!
What do you play?
Do you often go to CBSO concerts? How is Sakari Oramo perceived in B'ham?

I play the Euphonium (brass)

I don't often go to CBSO concerts, in fact I've only been to one in my life.. but I know that Sakari Oramo is the head conductor :) he's always highly praised in the press and was received well at the concert I went to .... that's all I know though

Thanks VBN :)
The euphonium? What a remarkable choice - how did you make it?

Wasn't exactly a choice :) The school had no more trumpets left and no trombone, so the teacher gave me that cos it was Bb like the trumpet and I could have my lessons with them ...

I couldn't even spell it for about the first 4 years of playing it

Belper vs. Leek Town called off. Just heard it on the radio the second I was about to step out the door to go down the pub for me lunch. The weather's perfect now! (ish) gutted.

VBN! You must be, well, to use the same word again, gutted!
