Seriously!!! I found these withrawals lately to be something fishy.
I think players are playing new tactics now a days. Williams sisters were using these a lot every indoor season and I think henin is playing the same game.

I'm not saying its bad because that is their prerogative as a player but I will Tip my hat off to players who plays to whatever they committed to play not unless they cant walk anymore. RIVALRY is such a big issue now for top players. They dont wanna meet anyone of them if they are not 100%

I completely salute Hingis and Davenport having their rivalry more into just tennis and no personal. These two players plays whatever the circumstances is.

oh yes, like when Monica plays through injuries and then she is away 6 months,

like when Lindsay plays 4 weeks in a row and then needs surgery,

like Martina playing with an injury that cost her her career,

I am sure Justine, Venus and Serena are eager to ruin their bodies and careers to keep you happy.

Your posts are a waste of cyberspace.

well, if you ask me, i say she is enjoying her #1 status and tries not to get beat. Obviously Kim cant touch her and she has Indian Wells title to defend, so Justine is just relaxing, i understand she is saving up her energies for clay season and skipping indoors which she hates, but i dont think she would want to do that coz Kim is too smart to forget about, and she is racking up points fast during this short time.

that's ok, Kim can rack up as many points as she wants and even get the # 1, as long as Justine keeps winning the slams, it's all that matters to me.

the key word here is "keep", what Kim has to do is to defend well which she is quite capable of and go deep which she is good at, then she'll have a comfortable lead in points going into Paris slam, and snap it away from Justine, remember when Serena won her first clay slam? that's what i anticipate

The difference between her right and left arms is shocking ...yeah she's on steroids and they all went to her right arm ;)

but she's wearing the same thing as all the other adidas clones  I thought hears was going to be a little different, but adidas seems to have lost all creativity :p

The Justinatrix is so great that she need's no strings on her stick!!!

Did you check out the new pic on her bio at the ADIDAS site?
So, that's how she looks with "white teeth". It's quite shocking!
If your ever in Singapore Justine..please contact my dentist
Dr. Fong. One of his pet projects is cosmetic dentistry. He'll
give you a discount since your a tennis star, and whiten all
the teeth instead of just the ones in the front. ;)

what was even more shocking (but really shouldn't have been :p) was how Justine was the only female athlete featured in their top group. It's quite the hallowed (in sports terms anyway ;)) company she's keeping in David, Ian, Jonah, Maurice, Sergio, Tracy and Zinedine over at Adidas. And why is she the only athlete who's marital status is stated on the site? :o

If you head over to the USA section ..the Justinator isn't listed, Anna
is. See, what I mean about the market's being targeted to a specific
regional base.

The martial status is there just to say...hey "she's not gay"! :haha:

I was in the Canadian section...I thought it'd be the same as the American section :o. Damn, we might share a continent but we sure get treated different :p...and it's not even like Anna is any less popular up here....though tennis might be

Viggen, I suggest that you go to the U.S. section and check it out. It's got Justine listed there too. :)

What Greenout says about the U.S. section being geared to Anna is bollox. The picture under tennis on the main page is Martina. When you go to the Tennis page you see Justine and Safin. There is a nice article about Justine. The top featured on the first page of the Tennis section is the shirt Justine wears.

Not at all, gopher. Henin beat Clijsters in straight sets on the fast DecoTurf courts of the US Open last year, so she can definitely beat her indoors. Most indoor courts are slower than the US Open surface.

Maybe Justine was sick, but, honestly, I think the main reason for her withdrawal was because she lacked motivation. She's already won this Belgium tournament in the past, and she's won 3 of the past 4 Majors, so why should she gives a rat's ass about winning some crappy Tier II event with a weak field? No need to waste energy on a tournament like this, as Kim is. She's savig up for the big ones.
