What do you think of the 2004 WTA season sofar?

How would you rate the first month-and-a-half of the 2004 WTA season?

So far I would rate it as a bad season. There's really been no competition and only a handfull of good matches played. I'm optimistic that it'll get better as the top players come off of injuries and start competing at a high level again.

Where are the great matches at?? By now I'm sure there have been plenty, but I haven't seen any- all the ones I've seen have mostly been blowouts. What's missing are the high quality, competitive matches IMO....

It reminds me of when Monica was out injured in 93 and Steffi began to win everything. In other words, no true competition (yet) and crebility crisis. Disappointing.

I dislike it--not good at all, especially w/Monica out and all the injuries...Really no good matches yet...
