Mary 9th next week

Mary will be n°9 after the French Open! I hope she will be in the 8 top seeds in Wimbly if she plays!

(July 4th, 1994 - August 5th, 2009) I love you so much... I miss you so...

still in the top ten, that is good, wimbly has a weird ways to choice the seed so I don't think Mary will have the seed number 9

She'ss be a top8 seed only with injuries . BTW i heard that Lindsay isn't sure to play Wimbly .. But it's cool to be still in the top10 and let's hope she'll play in Wimb !

If Lindsay doesn't play I think they'll give Mary a top 8 seed. The only other person I see them bumping is Venus, which they might put ahead of Mary. I don't know. But Mary did make the QF last year.

if Mary play i'm sure venus will be in top 8 may be top 4. It doesn't matter for mary top 8 or 9, not very different for her draw

well it is... if she's #9 she would play seeds #17-24 in the 3rd round and #1-8 in the 4th round...

if she's #8, she plays #25-32 in the 3rd round and #9-16 in the 4th round

pretty big difference.

That's good news that Mary is still in the top 10.

Wimbledon doesn't seed people strictly off of ranking, they make up their own seeds so who knows where Mary will be, but probably top 8 hopefully. If top 8 her draw wouldn't be as imposing until the quarters.

i don`t care whether she plays 8 or 9th or 24th!
i worry whether she plays at all.

Without the bad days we can never appreciate the good ones.

mary seldom had easy draws, so doesn't matter as long as she plays

Mary hasn't played a lot of matches, so if she had an easier draw she could work her way into the tournament and build her confidence. I agree it wouldn't matter the draw if she had been playing a lot of matches as of late.

Mary will probably not play, so you know, before wishing a good draw, wish she plays ...

I hope she will play, injury free, and I REALLY DONT CARE if she has to face Henin in the 4th round ...

"I felt very strongly that it was not the right time for me to retire, and there were still some great things for me to accomplish in tennis. So once that really clicked inside of me and I realised that, I just started to work very hard, and to try to be the best that I could possibly be."
