That's really strange. What's the point of such difficult exams if you can't prepare them on your own (with the help of the school(s) you've finished?
But at least it sounds that if you manage (and can afford to) pass all those exams, you end up with quite good education?
A good system? It's a horrendous system we have here. Even when applying for high school you have to take an exam which is very similar to the one I am taking this sunday. If you want to do well in this exams, you have to pay a lot of money to the private schools which focuses on these exams. You have to go to these schools otherwise you will fail. Because the high schools in Turkey, except for a few ones, teach you nothing but crap. Those who can't afford private lessons usually get very low marks. There's absolutely no justice in this system.

it really depends how you look at it.i mean they want capable people to study not like here in serbia you can study on almost every faculty if you have half of brain and money(of course ),and sometimes you even can buy your degree.and those things you mention are all about learning not about skill(like drawing or something like that) so if you learn enough you can prepare for everything good luck for exam
