Lucie Continues To Play Every Week, In Bad Gastein This Time

[1] Szavay vs. Qualifier
[WC] Klaffner vs. Safarova
Mamic vs. Voskoboeva
[7] Benesova vs. Flipkens

How many games will Lucie get against Szavay? Good luck.

Before we worry about Szavay, I think we should worry about Klaffner...

Maybe she could clinch an odd victory there.

Seems I was too optimistic.

Lucie is losing 3-6 1-1, being useless on return once again and having 7 DF's so far.

edit: getting better now - 3-6 1-3, 8 DF's

edit2: 3-6 4-6, 9 DF's, unable to get a break = classic

Nothing to say except that I am really sad and I ask me if she will be able to break this black series this year because I start to have pity for her... and that, it's not very flattering for a player

I don't know what to say anymore. Which were my exact words a couple of months ago.

Lucie

This sucks so bad.

Seriously, who is making decisions right now? If Lucie has a coach:

She shouldn't be playing, she should be working on improving her game. If she is playing, she should be playing challengers, unfortunately.

I can't believe she is sticking with the same losing approach.

9 double faults in as many service games.

18% points won when her opponent got her first serve in.

If her opponent was Venus or Serena, that percentage would be understandable, if still bad. But Klaffner? Good grief.

Does anyone know what is going on with Lucie?

I have been going on and on for so many months now that she needs to stop playing and work on her game but has she done it? Obviously not. I don't know how much I can continue to support someone who is so incompetent when it comes to simple logic. She keeps losing, but she won't stop playing and work on her game. Instead, I guess she just keeps hoping that one week her shots will all land in. I want to download her match against Groenefeld just to see what she is doing out there. I haven't been this frustrated with a player in quite some time.
