Arrow PAW: Should cooldudeanzela retain his ranking pts or start off from scratch? (vote)

He got banned from WTAWorld today.

Do you think we should make a new rule that once a player is banned they cannot play under their former account.
Remember we allowed trieber04 who had his former account banned to keep the ranking pts he had earnt from his previous account.
Do you reckon we should implement a new rule to prevent this or not.

Thanks for the feedback, the poll will close tomorrow afternoon AUS time and I'll decide then.
btw - cooldudeanzela will keep his current Wimbledon position, but obviously no more PAWs can be submitted under his name.

If the new rule is voted to be in place, cooldudeanzela! (notice the "!" as this is his new account) will be able to start PAW with a fresh new ranking, and not play under his former name.

People do not get banned for nothing. I think he shouldn't be allowed to keep his points and just pick it up where he left off.

I have to admit that I found it slighty weird to read: "Wtaworld welcomes its new member Cooldudeanzela!" when I logged in this morning.

Note that this does not mean he cannot play PAW anymore, he is free to play.

The debate is whether his ranking should start from scratch or if he should retain his pts from his previous account.

I agree with that. He is free to play PAW. I do think however, like I stated in this thread earlier, being banned should have its consequences. I think Duleml has a good point when he says people should get another chance, but that doesn't mean no consequences at all in my opinion.

He earned all his previous points, so don't think why he can't use it now after he got a new name.

Btw, anyone know why he got banned?

Smile... When you do, it may change someone's day

=Good luck to my favourite players: Mirjana Lucic, Elena Dementieva, Li Na, Maria Kirilenko, Daniela Hantuchova, Vera Zvonareva, Zheng Jie, Venus Williams =

i hate him, he thought i had changed his password and went around telling everyone that i should be banned. he cheats in PPG, so if he cheats, then he shouldn't be allowed to play at all.

yeah, and he thought i had changed his password, but he actually got banned

make him start from scratch, people like him don't deserve a third chance

Cibulkova. Konta. Safarova. Osaka. Wozniacki. Radwanska. Kvitova. Puig. Cepede Royg.

Current votes - I'll wait one more day until a decision will be reached

9 FOR
6 AGAINST (Blinx and ASAP's votes don't count, they don't play PAW)
2 INDIFFERENT
