Lightbulb Ask Doc anything about the 1st leg!

I'm sorry I'm very late with the results, but it's taking much time to set everything for the new season, with many newbies to be added and old players to be removed, and so on...

I should be able to answer your questions next Monday and to post all the results within the end of next week.

Are the doubles winners of the same (tennis poker) nationality?

If only I was sure that my head on the door was a dream

No, the doubles winners are in different Fed Cup teams and will represent two different countries at the Tennis Poker Olympics.

You're right, in this leg your results are not as good as usual.

A few other notes.

The singles winner won the doubles too, and lead his fed Cup team to two 5-0 wins.

And, yes, I've said HIS, but the singles runner-up is a lady.

See you very soon for all the results!

Well, if there's a male winner, there's hope for me yet.

I still fulfil all conditions to be the winner too (and so does my doubles partner )

And my doubles partner is indeed on a different Fed Cup team. Hmm, may this be my best result yet?

Yes.

Only two out of six qualifiers lost in the first round. One of them even reached the quarterfinals.

In doubles, two pairs in the semifinals came from the qualies.
