Welcome.

Just so you know: I'm better than you because my fave is better than your fave. Your fave is a bitch and a shrieking BBB. Or was it pusher? Who cares. She's a classless brat anyway. But don't you dare insult my fave, idiot.

Can't wait for Wimbledon. I have a gut feeling she'll make the final.

Hopefully Kvitty-GOAT doesn't show up. Or NA-GOAT. Those 2 and Serena are the only players that worry me off of clay.

Or Bine-GOAT early in the tournament.

Na should be highly motivated to do well on grass, especially after her disappointing clay season; about Petra, I don't really know what to think anymore. I want to see first how she does in Eastbourne, but her last year's grass results, when she was in a better shape and form, weren't that good IMO.

The totally unpredictable power hitters a la Lisicki or Kanepi could be the real threats in the first rounds.

Without Masha? My list is all your names and Masha. Her serve and her all tennis style are normal stuff for grass.

She's in the same shape physically as the start of the season and the end of last. I doubt we'll see any change there until next season.

I think because Sharapova flopped last year and she has changed her game so her shots aren't so penetrating in grass anymore. But I agree I think she's a bigger threat than Li who I expect Vika would beat easily. I'd like to watch a Vika Kvitova match on grass.

In Doha she seemed thinner...hmmm. Her movement is the most important part of her game. if she keeps that up, then its cool...

I would say her ballstriking is the most important part of her game but her movement can make a big difference in the matches against other top players. It's a question of how much carrying 3-4kg extra weight affects her movement?

Re: *Vika Azarenka Cheering Thread* - Vikalume 4.

well the draws have been kind to victoria in the past few years at wimbledon, since she only had to beat paszek to reach the semis. i expect a deep run from her but yes she'll definitely want to avoid lisicki (who she may draw in the 3rd round) and other streaky big hitters/grass lovers like pironkova and rybarikova. for the later stages kvitova would technically be the least desirable 5-8 seed to draw but she's been so bad lately that i think anyone should handle her easily, if she reaches that stage.

so yes a semi at least seems plausible if everything goes according to plan. hopefully she draws sharapova on her side so they can battle it out for a chance against serena williams. would be an interesting match, can't call it just yet

i think her timing of ball-striking is the most important part of her game. she seems to move better than she actually does because she takes so much time away from whoever she's playing and is subtly in control of most of the rallies she plays. never seen a player take the ball as early as she does and using her opponent's pace so effectively, whilst still being able to create some of her own. i love it

she needs her movement to beat Maria as that makes the difference in their matches. She'll beat 90% of the tour on one leg. But they don't stop her from getting titles, Serena and Maria will.

Re: *Vika Azarenka Cheering Thread* - Vikalume 4.

Just look at Jimmie´s great pics of Jo Larsson or Safarova and you know how many reserves Vika has in the fitness/muscles department. There is some potential to improve her movement further and beef up the serve. Maybe with more upperbody strength it will be easier to change her service emotion.

- Caroline Wozniacki has never beaten a reigning world #1.
- Caroline Wozniacki has never beaten a top 5 player at a major.
- Caroline Wozniacki has not beaten a top 3 player en route to any of her 23 titles.
- Caroline Wozniacki has beaten two top 5 players en route to her 23 titles (#4 Zvonareva and #5 Schiavone)

-Her fans think she had very bad luck with her Grand Slam and Regular Tour draws.
