But on Wednesday or? As i don't see Görges vs Hlavackova on the schedule tomorrow.

I think i would like an early start, but i guess no big deal.

Maybe I should post this in GM to start a complete troll-fest.

Stephens at #9 though. And no Federer or Nadal?

Just so you know: I'm better than you because my fave is better than your fave. Your fave is a bitch and a shrieking BBB. Or was it pusher? Who cares. She's a classless brat anyway. But don't you dare insult my fave, idiot.

Nadal is #25. It talks about why guys like Federer are not in the list here :- http://sportspromedia.com/notes_and_...nt_in_the_list.

It takes into account age, how much marketability you have left etc.

I notice "the most important player of the last decade" is also nowhere to be seen . This needs a thread imo.

Because he is very young and expected to be very good Nina, it's based on your potential marketability in the next 3 years. It probably helps him that the world cup next year is also in Brazil.

Anyway I started a thread in GM (The most marketable athletes in 2013 - Stephens #9, Azarenka #15, Sharapova #16).

It would be worth seeing, at first sight it looks like Martha is just behind Vika.

While there can be no doubting her staying power on the court, off it Vika adds to the thrill and glamour of the women’s game, as comfortable in the media spotlight as she is under the arena floodlights. Though at times an opinion splitter, her outspoken and friendly nature is an undoubted draw for sponsors – just ask Nike, Citizen Watches, American Express and her most recent sponsor Red Bull, who named her its first tennis endorser in January.

What’s more, alongside Williams and Maria Sharapova, Azarenka is now one third of a much-hankered for ‘trivalry’ in the women’s game and is thus, unquestionably, among an elite category of female tennis stars whose marketing potential extends worldwide.

..
.nice words about Vika...

Funny. Now she is hottest and almost most marketable, all in a couple of months.

Too me all the top players have it good. Doesn't bother me if other players make more money or got more fame (just don't treat Vika like in Australia dammit ).

Thanks. I only checked from #15 (Vika) to #1 and was surprised there was Djokovic but neither Federer (didn't read the FAQ) or Nadal.

As Natural Joe has posted in news and updates. Vika is committed for Carlsbad. Hopefully she isn't entering Canada.
