Scotso - Manager of Anjelica de la Courtiere has passed away

Sam L. (Regla's manager) informed me today.

He was one of the originals on FWTT and was an active participant for many years.

I'm not sure what happened but my heart is broken. He was a great guy.

Let's give him a standing performance for the original manager of FWTT.

He was not the original founder (that was Alx or Alek). However, he was one of the original players in 2000 at Hilton Head.

Scott (Anjelica) was my doubles partner for several years and it was through Fwtt that we would forge a friendship long after our "retirement" from the game - We had a lot of fun here, and I'm really glad that a simple Internet game was able to bring us together for 13 years of memories here and even more so, outside of tennis. Miss you Scott, and thank you to everyone for showing their support and condolences.

"Religion has actually convinced people that there is an invisible man living in the sky who watches everything you do, every minute of every day. And the invisible man has a special list of ten things he does not want you to do. Any if you do any of these ten things, he has a special place, full of fire and smoke and burning and torture and anguish, where he will send you to live and suffer and burn and choke and scream and cry forever and ever 'til the end of time!

But he loves you."

Scott contributed a lot to this game. I will always have fond memories of him through this game. This is really a shock.

That's so sad. One of the most entertaining people this game has ever had.

RIP

I know I've been a liar
And I know I've been a fool
I hope we didn't break it
But I'm glad we broke the rules
My cave is deep now
Yet your light is shining through
I cover my eyes
Still all I see is you

That is unbelievably sad. He was definitely one of the most exciting coaches in FWTT, and added so much life to the game.

Re: Scotso - Manager of Anjelica de la Courtiere has passed away

Very sad news. I had just posted about Angelica de la Courtiere during the Australian Open. He was a great advocate for the game, and from what little I knew about him outside the game, a good person.
